GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION

The planned support aims at improving employees’ skills and obtaining or retraining for professional qualifications, in order to enhance the quality and capacity of the workforce, develop employees’ professional competence in line with labour market needs, promote their ability to adapt more effectively to changing working conditions, thereby ensuring employees’ resilience in the labour market, as well as increasing participation in adult education.

The support includes assessment of the target group members’ existing knowledge and skills and counselling for the choice of the most suitable training and career services, as well as support for overcoming learning barriers (including support for mobility, childcare, etc.).

The planned target group consists of employed persons aged 18 and over, with priority given to:

  • those with a low level of education (completed or incomplete basic education or general secondary education),

  • employed persons aged 50 and over,

  • employed persons representing households that have been granted the status of low-income or disadvantaged household,

  • refugees and persons with alternative status.
