State data circulation becomes more convenient

Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development

Data and its management are an important resource that allows for the daily evaluation, analysis, and adoption of data-based decisions in various sectors and fields.

The Data Distribution and Governance Platform (DAGR) ensures the effective circulation of data in public administration. It is a unified, centralized, and fast-acting system designed to facilitate and accelerate data circulation between institutions.

Benefits of DAGR: reduced load on data provider systems, continuous data availability, a unified standard for data recipients, and reduced administrative burden.

The main advantages of DAGR are efficiency, reliability, and scalability. It provides uniform criteria and standards for data circulation, improved automated information circulation and interoperability between public administration institutions. IT service maintenance costs are reduced, as institutions do not need to maintain their own data circulation solutions. In addition, the bureaucratic burden is also reduced by creating a solution that allows institutions to sign standardized smart contracts for mutual data exchange, changing the previous experience with complex legal processes, as well as reducing the impact on the environment.

DAGR ensures the dissemination of data from state registers such as the State Education Information System, the Register of Natural Persons, registers maintained by the Register of Enterprises, the Social Insurance Information System, the State Address Register, the Disability Information System of the State Commission of Medical Experts on Health and Work Capacity, the Local Government Social Assistance and Social Services Administration System (SOPA), the State Child Rights Protection Inspectorate's Orphan Certificate Information System, and the Honorary Family Certificate Register.
