Latvian startup “instadial” is developing an AI-powered voice assistant capable of receiving and initiating phone calls, holding natural conversations with customers, booking services, and automating customer service processes. Initially designed for the healthcare sector, the solution is now being adapted for the insurance, real estate, and other service industries. Within just a few months of the company’s establishment, “instadial” has completed pilot projects in more than 10 clinics across Latvia, secured its first paying customers, and begun discussions with potential partners both in Latvia and abroad.

Although the company was founded only in March this year, its development strategy had been in place well before then. The team deliberately sought opportunities to accelerate product development and prepare more effectively for market entry. As a result, “instadial” joined the Business Incubation Programme at the Jūrmala representative office of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) immediately after the company was established.

“When we founded the company, we already knew that the problem we were solving was real and that there was genuine market demand. At the same time, we understood that a great deal of work lay ahead – refining the product, acquiring customers, and addressing legal and regulatory issues. Joining the LIAA Business Incubation Programme was therefore the natural next step,” says the company’s co-founder and CEO, Olga Ļesņikoviča-Riņķe.

She emphasises that one of the greatest benefits of the programme is access to expert advice and regular feedback from professionals with experience in business development.

“Sometimes, for a startup, the most valuable resource is not funding but the opportunity to discuss ideas with people who have already been through a similar journey. The incubation programme gives us access to expert knowledge, helps us prioritise effectively, and allows us to avoid mistakes that can be very costly at an early stage,” she says.

The company plans to continue making use of the incubation programme to support further product development, marketing, and export readiness. Equally important is the opportunity to build relationships with other entrepreneurs and potential business partners.

“By joining the programme, we gained more than just access to business support—we became part of a community. It is extremely valuable to meet other entrepreneurs who face similar challenges, share their experience, and help us look at our own business from a different perspective,” says Olga.

While the company’s immediate focus is on strengthening its position in the Latvian market, “instadial” has already attracted interest from potential customers in Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, and Germany.
