With the invaluable backing of the EU Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Society Integration Foundation’s One-Stop Agency has transformed into a safe haven and a point of growth for countless individuals seeking home and safety in Latvia.
An Impressive Breakthrough in Figures and Action
This has been a record-breaking year – 8,662 individual consultations were provided, doubling the capacity of previous years. Behind every number is a person who was helped to find a job, secure housing, navigate the education system, or simply receive psychological comfort after what they have endured.
A Wide Spectrum of Support: from legal consultations to Latvian language learning – 17% of clients received these specialized services, which form the foundation for successful integration.
Language and Communication: more than 1,600 people received translation assistance, breaking down the barriers between their new home and their life as newcomers.
Digital Innovation: the "LearnLatvian" platform was created, serving as a digital compass to help everyone easily find the nearest language courses throughout Latvia.

In 2025, we did more than just provide consultations – we told stories. Informational campaigns and six unique personal experience stories shared on social media helped our society view newcomers with empathy, fostering understanding and friendship.
