 GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION

Project objective: to improve existing E-case platform sharing solutions and develop new E-case platform sharing solutions. The improvements will include a standardized approach to data exchange between the information systems included in it, additional technical solutions will be provided to standardize and facilitate the work of institutions with E-cases, and the range of electronic services available to the public will be improved and expanded.

Project target group:

Internal target group:

  • investigative authorities, participants in pre-trial proceedings;

  • courts, Prison Administration, State Probation Service, State Forensic Science Bureau, State Forensic Medicine Centre,

  • the Prosecutor's Office,

  • the Constitutional Court.

External target group:

  • probation clients, volunteers, employers in the compulsory and public sectors, etc.

  • sworn lawyers, senior lawyers, court experts, lawyers and other authorized persons

  • the public, parties to proceedings, persons involved in proceedings

 

Project implementation period: August 4, 2023 - May 31, 2026.
