GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION
The objective of the investment is to provide funding for the internationalisation of cooperation network members and to increase the volume of private research and development investments.

ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE INVESTMENT
Within the scope of the investment project, the following activities are eligible for support:
identification of research, research infrastructure, and training needs of cooperation network members (excluding the conduct of research itself);
searching for and establishing new international contacts between enterprises and researchers;
transfer of experience and knowledge (on innovations and latest technologies relevant to cooperation network members);
market research related to the development of new products and technologies;
development of export strategies related to new product development;
searching for and establishing new international business contacts;
visits to foreign partners related to the sale of new products;
participation in international exhibitions;
marketing and visibility activities;
engagement in international networking platforms and organisations;
certification of new products;
organisation of international exhibitions and events;
receipt of consultancy services and provision of representation within EU-level cooperation and funding programmes such as Horizon Europe, The Digital Europe Programme, European Council for Nuclear Research, European Space Agency, and similar initiatives.
PROGRAMME TARGET
Investments are to be implemented by 30 June 2026. The target to be achieved within the programme is the approval of commitments of at least EUR 4,329,736 from the total funding by 30 June 2025.
Information on project implementation must be published by the project implementer on its website at least once every six months, providing up-to-date information on project progress and ensuring information and publicity measures in accordance with Article 34 of Regulation (EU) 2021/241 and Article 10 of the Financing Agreement of the Recovery and Resilience Facility between the European Commission and the Republic of Latvia, including at least one informational event (conference, seminar, or similar), for example:
