Project funding and savings:
Implemented activities: EUR 127,372.72 (excluding VAT), with savings of EUR 55,372.28 from the planned budget.
A contract has been signed with the CFLA to extend the project deadline until September 2025 and implement two new activities:
Purchase of a chair/table for outpatient proctological surgical procedures.
Considering the aging population, the prevalence of chronic diseases, and the impact of lifestyle, the demand for proctological care is increasing. Aizkraukle Hospital aims to expand access to proctological procedures to improve the availability and quality of healthcare services.
Renovation of sanitary facilities in the polyclinic building.
The renovation will improve accessibility for people with functional impairments and ensure epidemiological safety.
Project goal:
To strengthen outpatient healthcare infrastructure by providing sustainable integrated health services, ensuring compliance with epidemiological requirements, and reducing the spread of infectious diseases.
