Supported by Erasmus+, State Police College representatives visit the Police Academy in Poland for an exchange of experience

Ministry of the Interior

Between September 7 and 11, staff of the State Police College took part in an Erasmus+ staff mobility program for professional development at the Police Academy in Szczytno, Poland.

One of the main objectives of the mobility program is to strengthen cooperation with international colleagues by sharing experience regarding challenges in the teaching process, methodology, and educational innovations.

During the visit, our colleagues had the opportunity to explore the modern study environment of the Police Academy, including the training simulation center where police officers refine their professional skills. They also visited the Police Academy's shooting range and discussed matters related to first aid training. Additionally, our colleagues had the chance to observe shooting practice sessions and participate in lectures on social communication and media relations.

Sharing their experience, our staff members highlighted insights and best practices that inspire and motivate them to integrate these approaches into the formal and non-formal education programs at the State Police College.

We are proud of our colleagues' initiative to share experience and acquire new knowledge through international exchange!
