State Police College lecturers enhance experience in Estonia and Lithuania with Erasmus+ support

Ministry of the Interior

At the end of the academic year, two lecturers from the State Police College took part in an Erasmus+ staff mobility for training. The aim was to learn about the organization of the study process in foreign educational institutions, enhance professional knowledge in their fields of interest, and gain new experience for their future work.

As part of the mobility, a lecturer from the Department of Information and Professional Communication visited the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, while a lecturer from the Department of Law visited the Public Security Academy at Mykolas Romeris University.

Sharing her insights, one of the lecturers highlighted that timely cooperation with host colleagues is the key to a successful mobility. In her view, active communication during the preparation phase is essential to better understand the student audience.

Erasmus+ staff mobility provides valuable professional and personal growth, as well as an opportunity to enhance the international visibility of the State Police College.

We are delighted by our educators' active engagement and dedication to continuously expanding their knowledge!
