State Provision Agency informs about the progress of the implementation of the project No. NVA/PMIF/2023/3 "Improvement and landscaping of the technical condition of the building complex and territory infrastructure of the asylum seekers' center" from the 2021-2027 planning period of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.
Project Activities:
Construction Contract: A construction contract has been signed with SIA "REATON" for energy efficiency improvement works at the "Asylum Seekers Center" state building in Mucenieki, Ropaži Municipality (purchase identification number IeM NVA 2023/129). The construction works, valued at 237 794.25 EUR excluding VAT, are expected to be completed within 7 months.
Construction Supervision: A service contract has been concluded with SIA "MŪSU UZRAUGS" for construction supervision services for energy efficiency improvement works at the "Asylum Seekers Center" state building (purchase identification number IeM NVA 2021/28). SIA "MŪSU UZRAUGS" will provide construction supervision services for the sum of 4 755.89 EUR excluding VAT.
Author Supervision: A service contract has been concluded with SIA "Grand Eko" for author supervision services for construction works at the "Asylum Seekers Center" state building. SIA "Grand Eko" will provide author supervision for the sum of 1500 EUR excluding VAT.
