Implementation of an ambitious EU co-funded project for the Fire Safety and Civil Protection College begins

On March 20, 2026, the Provision State Agency and the Central Finance and Contracting Agency signed an agreement to implement the European Union fund project No. 2.1.3.3/3/25/I/004: "Construction of Phase 1 of the Fire Safety and Civil Protection College Vocational Education Institution Complex, Creation of Safety Classrooms."

The objective of the project is to carry out the first phase of construction for the Fire Safety and Civil Protection College building complex, as well as to establish safety classrooms designed for disaster management prevention measures and public education.

Project Funding: The total cost of the project is €29,199,738.00, consisting of:

  • European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) financing: 85% of eligible costs, not exceeding €24,819,777.00.

  • State budget financing: 15% of eligible costs, not exceeding €4,379,961.00.

📅 The project is scheduled to be implemented by December 31, 2029.
