The State Provision Agency, in cooperation with its project partners — the State Border Guard College, the State Police College, and the Fire Safety and Civil Protection College —, continues the implementation of Project No. 4.2.1.6/3/24/I/001, "Modernization of the Learning Environment at the Ministry of the Interior's Professional Education Institutions for the Acquisition of Industry-Relevant Skills."

Direct Objective of the Project: Modernization of the learning environment at the colleges of the Ministry of the Interior to facilitate the acquisition of industry-relevant skills.

Infrastructure modernization successfully continues on the grounds of the State Police College, where the implementation of a project to construct a modern sports complex is being launched.

Key Highlights:

  • The new sports complex will feature running tracks, outdoor sports fields, and grandstands, fostering the physical fitness of cadets and officers;

  • Efficient solutions identified during the procurement and design stages resulted in cost savings, which will be redirected toward additional enhancements of the learning environment;

  • Stadium construction work is scheduled to begin this autumn, with learners gaining access to the completed infrastructure in the spring of 2028;

  • The development of the grounds and infrastructure will advance the training of highly qualified security professionals while strengthening the operations of the Internal Security Academy consortium.
