2025 review: EU Internal Security Fund project on strengthening anti-terrorism capabilities and mobility

Ministry of the Interior

A look back at 2025 in the EU Internal Security Fund project No. VP/IDF/2024/5!

In 2025, we continued our focused work on establishing a practical training center to strengthen the State Police's response mobility and anti-terrorism capabilities. 🛡️

This represents a long-term investment in the training environment and professional readiness, ensuring that police officers can train in the most realistic conditions possible and respond effectively to various situations.

Progress was achieved in several areas over the year:

✔️ Infrastructure: Continued development and advancement of procurement processes;

✔️ Equipment: Implementation and development of training solutions (including the acquisition of a mobile container-type shooting range, with delivery scheduled for Q1 2026);

✔️ Skills & Competencies: Skills were enhanced through training cycles, an international conference, and experience exchange programs. 🌍

The project is being implemented in cooperation with the State Police College and the Provision State Agency. 🤝🏻
